The role  

 

We’re looking for an Senior CRM Manager to join our Retail Team

 

This role drives our marketing to existing customers, setting the strategy, best practice, standards and innovation we need to get more customers trading with us and reactivated if they’ve not shopped for a while.  It needs to inspire the whole CRM community, whilst continuously delivering new capability and innovation.  The role is accountable for overall existing customer performance. 

 

What will you do as an Senior CRM Manager at N Brown? 

  • Define the CRM strategy and the initiatives and roadmap that will deliver this 
  • Set CRM best practice and enhance it via new initiatives and capabilities (including lifecycle programmes and loyalty programmes) 
  • Bring together and lead the wider CRM community, in particular capability, training and standards 
  • Directly manage the central CRM team 
  • Own the delivery of the paper production 
  • Own CRM budgets and supplier relationships 
  • Lead the relationship with Data and DT to deliver the roadmap and measure effectiveness 
  • Be the go-to person for existing customer performance (including customer performance metrics, and also CRM channel performance) 

What skills and experience will you have?

  • Strong track record in the development and subsequent delivery of complex and multi-channel CRM strategies 
  • Experience of managing CRM in a retail environment 
  • Excellent understanding of CRM best practices 
  • Excellent understanding of managing consumer messaging and how this impacts the customer journey 
  • Passion for innovation and the latest tools and technologies in CRM 
  • Excellent cross functional campaign and project management skills  
  • Very strong attention to detail 
  • Strong influencing and collaborative skills are essential

We offer hybrid working which varies across the business depending on the role you’re in.  Our Head Office is located in the Northern Quarter in Manchester City Centre. So if you are travelling by train, tram or bus we’re perfectly located, plus we’re surrounded by cool cafes, trendy bars and the best places to eat! 

 

Our full-time working hours are 36.17 per week over 5-days. We don’t have strict working hours therefore there is some flexibility around start and finish times as long as you are meeting the needs of the business.
