  • You don’t need to dress to impress

    You don't need to come suited and booted - unless that's what makes you feel most confident! Smart casual works for us - we want you to feel comfortable.

  • Read the job description

    ​This will tell you what we’re looking for, so make sure you’re clear on this and give us the relevant information in your interview so that we know you’re the perfect fit for the role.

  • Ask questions

    ​We want to make sure that you get as much out of the interview as possible, so come prepared with any questions you’d like to ask us. It’s a two-way process after all.

  • Do your research

    ​Look up our history (it’s pretty impressive!) and our brands. And check out who will be interviewing you. This will also make you feel more prepared and comfortable when it comes to meeting your interview panel.

Just like the customers our brands cater for, one size doesn’t fit all, and that’s the same for our interview processes across different roles. You’ll be given all the information you need by our Talent Team and whether there will be an assessment element to the interview process.
