The role

 

We’re looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our team. You will help to deliver multi-million pound Paid Media campaigns, across PPC/Paid Social/Affiliates/Display/App, as part of a large in-house team. Reporting directly into a Paid Media Manager, you will work across our entire portfolio of brands covering our core Women’s fashion, Men’s fashion and Home categories. Our vision for Paid Media is to harness the integral role it plays in the media mix. We support the business by delivering engaging and inspiring upper funnel campaigns, whilst continuing to efficiently drive revenue through lower funnel activity.

 

What will you do as a Paid Media Executive?

  • You’ll support the day-to-day activation of Paid Media activity, performing optimisations/implementing bid changes/analysing SQR’s/building out new keywords/copy testing/reviewing creative performance/coordinating promotional activity with affiliate partners across a range of verticals.
  • You’ll assist in the execution of end-to-end management and deliverables of specified upper funnel Paid Media campaigns, from implementation to optimisation.
  • You’ll adopt a continual ‘test and learn’ approach to all Paid Media channels, delivering A/B tests/lift studies & more, to derive ‘best practise’ approach to each channel.
  • You’ll learn to brief creative teams and control the creative output across multiple platforms. You will learn the impact of creative on the success of a campaign and use that knowledge to inform campaign consistency.
  • You’ll support the Paid Media Manager with data analysis/reporting tasks and drawing valuable insights from data, to inform future decision making within the team.
  • You’ll learn to be able to measure the success of Paid Media campaigns against set objectives and targets. You’ll be trained how to effectively communicate performance to other stakeholders within the business.
  • You’ll understand overarching Brand and digital channel strategy, and gain insight into the role each Paid Media channel plays.
  • You’ll monitor key industry trends and updates, ensuring you remain an expert in the Paid Media field.

What skills and experience will you have?

  • You’ll be passionate for ecommerce marketing. Previous experience in a Paid Media channel is desirable, transferrable digital marketing skills will be considered.
  • You’ll have the ability to manage your own workload, and push yourself to work efficiently across all channels.
  • You’ll pride yourself in your attention to detail, and ensure all work is completed to an accurate standard.
  • You’ll have a ‘growth’ mindset and the ability to constantly learn new trends and new skills.
  • You’ll have strong analytical skills and be willing to learn how to draw insight from data.
  • You’ll be a problem solver with an appetite to think outside the box and challenge convention.
  • You’ll be an ambassador for Paid Media and a dedicated team player.
