The role  

 

N Brown are recruiting a CRM Assistant into our team! We are looking for someone with ambition, who is self-motivated to learn new things and can swiftly adapt to the fast-paced world of retail!

Working in a fast-paced customer centric team, you’ll support a performance focused CRM strategy to engage and encourage customers to respond and convert, driving loyalty, profitability, and lifetime value.

What will you do as a CRM Assistant at N Brown?

 

We’re looking for someone who can‿ 

  • You’ll support the end-to-end process of creation and deployment of targeted and personalised ECRM campaigns (Email, App Push and Paper) to achieve the commercial targets.

  • Working within the team to support the development and growth of the customer base, play a contributing role in the creation of weekly, monthly & seasonal plans and objectives to maximise response.

  • You’ll utilise customer segmentation to deliver targeted customer programmes driving profitable performance.

  • You’ll produce weekly results and analysis, supplying recommendations for future actions.

  • Working in collaboration with colleagues in other departments to ensure the commercial objectives are met effectively, efficiently, on time and within budget.

 

What skills and experience will you bring‿  

  • You’ll be self-motivated, enthusiastic, eager to learn with a knowledge of CRM

  • You’ll have experience of working in a complex and fast paced environment, or marketing or other relevant degree desirable

  • Microsoft suites and experience with CRM tools and systems desirable
