As a Digital Asset Administrator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Digital Operations Team in the quality checking, administration, and management of digital images. You will work closely with the Retouch and Publishing teams together with external partners and will play a key role in supporting getting our products online with outstanding images from our in-house studio and third parties.

What will you do as an Digital Asset Administrator at N Brown?

  • You’ll will be working closely with the retouch and online production teams to ensure all image assets are catalogued correctly in our Digital Asset Management systems. 
  • Ensure all assets inputted into the Digital Asset Management systems are the final, approved files - checking for naming conventions, formats, quality and appropriate for use 
  • Working on multiple systems to track, upload and download assets
  • You’ll facilitate collection and manipulation of previously approved digital content assets, where required for distribution and repurposing to specific requirements. 
  • You may be asked to take on additional tasks for manipulating images when needed to meet our asset guidelines to ensure consistency on our site.
  • Where needed, support the online production team to assign imagery to products and publish online. 
  • Support the wider Digital operations Team when required

What skills and experience will you have?

  • Having good administrative skills is essential.
  • Can work individually or part of a team.
  • You’ll be methodical and highly organised.
  • Previous experience working within asset production would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Understanding of different image formats and standards would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Pro-active, positive & flexible with a ‘can-do’ attitude, able to motivate colleagues to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An open-minded, flexible and positive attitude toward new challenges, with a willingness to adopt new technologies and business change.
  • Training on all systems used will be given.

Ways of Working

We offer hybrid working which varies across the business depending on the role you’re in.. Our Head Office is located in the Northern Quarter in Manchester City Centre. So if you are travelling by train, tram or bus we’re perfectly located, plus we’re surrounded by cool cafes, trendy bars and the best places to eat!

Our full-time working hours are 36.17 per week over 5-days. We don’t have strict working hours therefore there is some flexibility around start and finish times as long as you are meeting the needs of the business.
