It’s our promise to each and every customer, proving that we value and understand them; it reminds all of us at N Brown that our main purpose is to delight them. It guides all 2,600 of us at N Brown in everything we do, for every customer, every day. It tells us what world-class service is, and how to deliver it. And it does it with great GUSTO.

In fact, we’ve just received our best-ever customer satisfaction score – coming a close third behind customer service giants John Lewis and Amazon in the latest Institute of Customer Service survey. That’s a very good start – and our Customer Charter, will make sure we do even better in the future.
